Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your CAMILLA treasures, but if they aren't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security ribbons remain attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
